The worst place for rehabilitation staff unfriendly all the patients are left unattended slumped over in there wheelchairs as you can see in the picture my wife is there rehab staff do nothing to get you back to your health. Don't ever put your loved ones in this terrible dirty place . My wife has been there 1 and a half months and no results

I would think anyone being put in the position where they have to put a loved one in a care facility would want a clean, hospitable place to start with. after having my mother here for 9 months i found the conditions unacceptable. The bldg smells of urine from the time you enter, residents are sitting in their own waste too long and infections seem to run higher here then in others I have looked at. I seem to be looking harder at a new place and a healthier environment for my mother to live the remaining of her life. I am saddened to see such poor conditions in a facility that is geared towards quality of life for our elderly when they have supported us for so long.

I liked nothing about Magnolia Manor. They were lazy and apathetic. I would class it as one of the few unattractive places that I've visited. The food was very unappealing. There were no activities that were carried out throughout my visit there. There was nothing that would care for the welfare of the patients or meet the needs of the residents. I had a relative there for a very short time.
