I toured Columbia Cottage Linglestown. This one would not be good for my mother being that it is for people that have greater memory loss and have more needs than where I feel she's at. It is a highly skilled level of care for the residents. They have 10 different levels of care for their residents, and they have LPNs and RNs. I have a friend that's living there, and that's why I went to visit it. It is a new facility and it's beautiful. The rooms were very posh and very nice. They have beautiful cabinetry. Very nice and very clean. They have a phenomenal number of activities. They have a salon, and I talked to a lady who was getting ready to go in for a salon appointment. I got to see some pictures of my friend in different activities he had engaged in. Their calendar is full of activities. My friend at that time was watching TV, but then in another room, they were watching a movie. However, there are no pets allowed. There were quite a few amenities. Regarding their menu, they offer several options. They have several different walking paths and things like that. So they do have a lot to offer.
