My grandmother recently stayed in this nursing home while recovering from a hip injury. I was very pleased with the first shift staff at the home. They were professional, attentive and seemed to really care about their duties. I was sometimes not pleased with the second shift staff though. They seemed to be much less staffed and under a lot more stress than first shift. This caused a longer delay in them tending to my grandmothers needs if she rang her call bell. I made sure to visit her more often during the second shift hours to be sure she was getting all that she needed. The facility was very beautiful, with half of it being nearly brand new. The brand new portion of the building was where my grandmother stayed and it was always well kept and clean. Overall, the experience was a good one and I would recommend the facility to other people in the future.
