"I toured Niagara Village. What I liked about them is that my mom could have a private room. They were the nicest and least expensive. She didn't have to have a roommate. Some of the other places we looked at were more money, and she had to share a room. It's spotless. The staff who gave the tour was nice and very helpful."

"My aunt has moved into Parkside North East. The community is very nice. It's very caring. They are taking great care of my aunt. Value for money is good. They serve her meals, and her care seems to be good. Her apartment is basic. It's efficient and it's good for what she needs. She has her own kitchenette and her own bath. There's plenty of closet space, a living room, and a bedroom. The community is pristine and very well kept. It seems like a very, very good community. The people care, and it's very nice. The staff are all very caring and efficient. I've tried their food, and it's good. Activities are good. There's a big variety of activities. They have music, they have speakers, they have crafts, they have games, and they have excursions. They can go do things and experience things. There's a hair salon."

"I love Parkside at Corry. I love the property manager. It is a perfect fit for me in my situation, and I think I'm going to love it there. This place is so awesome. They're going to work with me on the security deposit rent. Everything is just perfect. I love them and can't wait to get in there. They are wonderful people. The staff who gave the tour was very down-to-earth and very accommodating. I've never had this experience with any type of place like this before, so we talked about everything. The staff kept it real with me, and he is willing to work with me on things. He's an amazing person. It's just a beautiful building and a beautiful setting. Also, Corry Hospital is connected to the building, and Wal-Mart is down the road from there."

"I just went through two years of cancer treatment, and I'm here in Regency at South Shore because I'm trying to look out for myself. I'm doing OK now, but I don't know what's coming tomorrow. They have 24-hour nursing care here. They have pull cords for emergencies in the bathroom and in the bedroom. It's here to look out for me if something happens to me. It is clean. The staff seems really good. I think it's a good value for everything that is available to me."

"Springhill in Erie has good activities, good therapy, and good care. I looked at their assisted living and they have daily activities like bingo, music therapy, and card games. They also have church services and they always have something to do every day. It's very, very clean, easy to get around, and they have very good staff."

"I'm on a waiting list for Parkside at Westminster. There isn't another place in town that has the security, the activities, the emergency pull buttons in the living room and the bathroom, nobody can hold a match to them. The rent includes everything. Every utility, even trash and sewer trash, whatever. Nobody else can hold a candle to that, nobody in this town. Just very warm and inviting. It's independent living, and I don't even need a car. They provide transportation for groceries and doctor appointments."
