"My mom has moved into Niagara Village. I'm not able to visit her because she is 700 miles away. However, so far, we're extremely happy with it. I know they're doing activities, but they are limited due to COVID. They're practicing social distancing and doing maybe bingo. Also my mom has just recently moved in so she hasn't participated in too much. Meals and housekeeping are included. Towels and linens are included. My mom likes the food so far. Value for money is good."

"I was reasonably impressed with Parkside North East. I liked it. It was a pretty nice place. They answered all the questions, they spelled out the financial obligations, and they gave us a form to fill out should we want to put our name on a waiting list, which I haven't done yet. The features of the rooms are not plush, but adequate. The dining area was exceptionally clean and very nice looking. They do very well with the upkeep. The gentleman that showed us around was very accommodating and nice. I was more impressed than I thought I was gonna be. It was very, very nice. Parking when we were there was quite nice and easy, and there were plenty of parking spaces. However, we have lived in North East for 30 years and there are selected things that go on in the parks at North East, and the parking would be impossible when those events are going on."

"I love Parkside at Corry. I love the property manager. It is a perfect fit for me in my situation, and I think I'm going to love it there. This place is so awesome. They're going to work with me on the security deposit rent. Everything is just perfect. I love them and can't wait to get in there. They are wonderful people. The staff who gave the tour was very down-to-earth and very accommodating. I've never had this experience with any type of place like this before, so we talked about everything. The staff kept it real with me, and he is willing to work with me on things. He's an amazing person. It's just a beautiful building and a beautiful setting. Also, Corry Hospital is connected to the building, and Wal-Mart is down the road from there."

"I just went through two years of cancer treatment, and I'm here in Regency at South Shore because I'm trying to look out for myself. I'm doing OK now, but I don't know what's coming tomorrow. They have 24-hour nursing care here. They have pull cords for emergencies in the bathroom and in the bedroom. It's here to look out for me if something happens to me. It is clean. The staff seems really good. I think it's a good value for everything that is available to me."

"Springhill in Erie has good activities, good therapy, and good care. I looked at their assisted living and they have daily activities like bingo, music therapy, and card games. They also have church services and they always have something to do every day. It's very, very clean, easy to get around, and they have very good staff."

"I went to Parkside at Westminster and met the manager of the place. He was very congenial and very knowing as he's been there a long time. He showed me two different apartments, one was in the process of being renovated while the other one was already completed. It was a one-bedroom place with a small kitchen, a nice-sized living room, a nice-sized bedroom, and a balcony. There seems to be plenty of storage for one or two people. They were very nice. It was sort of being in an upgraded hotel. They offer lunch on Tuesdays and there are deliveries of food coming in and out all the time in a day. There were several rooms set aside for gaming and socializing. There was laundry available if you wanted to, but if you had a washer and dryer, you could put it in your own apartment, too. There was a walking path in the woods behind it and they have buses to take them to various places (banks, doctors, shopping, and so forth) during the week."
