I don’t know how this place stays open?! Throughout the many visits I had there with my loved one I have personally witnessed and reported many violations to staff. My loved one had money stolen, laid in soiled bedding for a long amount of time, was disrespected by some “professional staff “, lost clothing, couldn’t provide socks or enough adult diapers to last throughout the day, filth and rat droppings behind bedside dresser. Food was served cold and never at the same time. Prisoners eat better! I could go on and on but you get the point. All my concerns were never addressed. They are extremely short staffed and fail to provide the proper and adequate care of your loved one. This place should be shut down. It’s a shame how our loved ones have to spend the last years of their lives by those that don’t care.

My family member received excellent care and the staff was helpful. They took very good care of my family when I couldn't. They were on the rehab unit which is recently been updated and it was beautiful. They overed activities for all and trips, they have a beauticians on site and the therapy team was wonderful. It is a hidden gem in the mountains. Thanks
