My mom is in Montevista Rehabilitation and Skilled Care. It's beautiful, and the people that work there are wonderful. Her room is clean and really good. I've never really been in there because of COVID, but from what I can see from the outside, it's really good. My mother loves to eat, and she always says she's fed very well. She's on Medicare and Medicaid, so her Social Security pays for it.

The facility is spacious and cleaner than most of the other facilities in the area. I spoke with Blake in admissions and he was great, very knowledgeable and helpful. I also momentarily spoke with Twyla, who was also very helpful. Will likely be admitting my family member soon.

Montevista Rehabilitation and Skilled Care is a newer place, but the price was too high. The rooms were OK but small, so I didn't see the value based on what they were charging. The people were nice, but the ones in the administration part were like take-it-or-leave it people and not very accommodating.

Worst facility I have ever been in! Its dirty, the nursing staff is RUDE, the people are not tended to in a timely manner, their soiled garments are not changed properly. DO NOT PUT YOUR FAMILY MEMBER HERE! I gave one star because I couldn't submit without, but they don't even deserve 1

My mom was here for skilled care, the nursing staff was great, but therapy didn't listen when she stated that what they were doing hurt and when she discharged, she did not get instructions on when to take her meds
