"Elk Crossing was very nice. The person who showed us around was very nice and helpful. The place was clean, but it was just cold and felt more like a business than a home. The people I met there were very nice and helpful. They had a workout area, and an area where they play games to interact. The eating area was fairly large and they had a nice menu. The appearance and location is beautiful."

"I'm very happy with the quality of people that they employ and the care that my mother gets. I highly recommend their personal care and the quality of their employees. Mom needed more care than just assisted living. She needed more attention, and she is getting it now. The cleanliness and everything of the inside is just wonderful. I hope that maybe somebody in Oklahoma that went through the same quandary that I went through would have a little glimmer of hope to go in check out Wilkins Nursing Center, and perhaps they will find a home for their mother like I did. She is as good as she can be. They're attending to her very well physically, mentally, and emotionally, and she gets a lot of attention. "

"My dad is in Stepping Stone Rehabilitation. It's very friendly, very clean, and very caring, and they have personable employees. His room is spacious for a hospital kind of setting. I like the fact that they are very involved in his rehab, and they go out of their way to make him feel comfortable and aware of where he is and why he's there. My dad has eaten there and he enjoyed it. They have all that, they have board games, and they have memory games and exercises to not only exercise their bodies, but also their minds. They have all that."

"Gregston Nursing & Rehab is a very nice place. They're very caring, and they keep me updated. I'm going to see my mother now in the courtyard, but we have to sit six feet away. They've all been very nice and she always looks good when I go see her. I do not know yet about the food or anything because of COVID. I brought her a few things, and she said they have good food there, but I don't know because her mind is pretty bad. They are still giving her physical therapy. They will have somebody going in to do her nails and hair, but they do not have any of that happening right now. They're all nice and sweet to me and my mom. It's expensive, but they all are."

"The people at the nursing home treat their patients like their family. They not only take care of their physical needs, they converse with them like they are family. "

"My mother will be moving into Meridian Nursing Home. I liked that it was a smaller facility. The thing that I kind of disliked a little was that it's just a little outdated. But because it was a smaller facility, the residents would get more one-on-one care. It seemed very homey. I only interacted with the activity director. Showed me around for a little, so I didn't encounter too many of the staff. But they seemed friendly in the halls that we went to if they weren't already in a room. The rooms were nice-sized rooms, but since a nearby nursing home had closed, they got a little bit more residents. So, some residents had to have a roommate now. But even then, they still have the curtain in between to grant each resident her own privacy. They will get a choice of breakfast. Whatever they want for breakfast, they'll make that for them. The dining area was outdated compared to other facilities, but it was clean. They had this thing where they sit in the chair and play kickball to kind of help them move their own feet. They also had this long treadmill with bars on each side, and they were helping them walk. They had a few physical therapy-type things there. They also had movie nights for them. When you first walked in, there were 2 different TVs in there to watch movies."
