I visited my mother in Highland Park Manor. It is unclean, unkept, and overall, has poor service and poor care. The staff is overworked, and the facility is understaffed. The rooms are very small and kept as neat as possible, but it's very old fashioned. They need to hire more help because their help is overworked.

This is one of the dirtiest home I have ever seen. The people are untidy, the place is untidy, and they do not take care of the residents. The food is horrible. They do not care if people wander out the door and take off or not. Poor management of funds.
