"They were just friendly. We ate at Epworth Villa, and their food was satisfactory. They have bingo and different types of excursions that they take their residents on. "

"My husband was in Epworth Villa Health Services. When he was there, they were very caring for him. They made sure they kept me informed. They provided excellent help for him and the physical therapy that he needed and they were always informed every time I called out there and asked a question. If they couldn't answer it, they would find someone that could and they'd call me back. It was just good all-around care that he got. He did get up and he did do physical therapy. The place was very clean and there was no smell or anything. It was just a very good experience. They've got very good food. He loved waffles for breakfast and I asked them if I could bring waffles out there so that he could have waffles in the morning and they said yes. They didn't have to do that, but they did, and they were very caring about how the patients were taken care of. I couldn't ask for any better place. When he was released from the hospital, that's where I recommended that I wanted him to go, but because of COVID, they wouldn't take him. The patient's room was always clean. There was always water provided for him or anything else that he needed. You didn't have to ask for it. It was there for him."

"The Fountains was a nice facility, and my mom liked it. Her room was very big, but more of the people just sat around out in the halls. It made it a little bit more depressing for me, but they treated my mother very nicely. They did a good job. I don't have any complaints about it. They kept going up on the rent. It's just, it got to where she couldn't afford it. Everything was clean. It's just, you could smell urine coming out of some people's rooms. I know older people have that problem sometimes, but that was really the only thing that I was ever concerned about. My mother can't smell, so it didn't bother her. I'm sure it's hard to keep up with that, also. "

"Care for my mother started out fine. Over time the staff turned over and care diminished. Concerned for other patients as the staff is overworked. "

"My mother is already at the Quail Creek Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She's been there before, so she returned to this facility. They are extremely thorough and attentive. Their doctors are very willing to work with the patients and their family. It's a very pleasant environment. They work very hard in keeping it up. I don't have any complaints about the facility itself. "

"We visited a family member at Tuscany Village Nursing Center. It was nice. The people were pleasant. Her room seemed pretty clean, and they would come in if they had to do whatever they had to do and talk with her when they would come in. They sometimes bring her meals. The staff was pretty nice. The facility was a fairly new place. It looked nice and clean."

"My mother is at Oak Hill Care Center. I like it very much. They take good care of my mother, and they’re willing to work with me financially. My mother shares a room with one other person. It is good-sized. It is big enough for two twin beds, a recliner, and a couple of nightstands. They have arts and crafts, TV, and music. The atmosphere is good. My mother enjoys it there. She is very happy there. "

"We visited a family member at The Lakes. It was okay. It was pretty nice when we saw her. When they run the holidays you can visit. We had a little celebration and dinner. It was really pleasant whenever we went to visit. The facility was clean. She seemed pretty happy. The staff was pleasant."

"Our Mother and Father were transferred to St Ann’s due to Covid. They were very helpful with the transition to and from the facility. The staff/caregivers were very attentive. The staff was always very caring and more than willing to do whatever was needed by my parents. We were able to get updates daily from a knowledgable nurse who was able to answer all of our questions and ease any concerns we might have which was a blessing due to limited visitation because of Covid. We would highly recommend This facility to anyone needing a short or long term stay for your loved one. "

"My father required care in the skilled/rehab section of Baptist Village. It is a newer facility that is very clean. I loved how each section or neighborhood was laid out. Each one had its own kitchen with an eat in bar that was open to the dining and living area. The rooms were surrounding the area with the nurses station in the middle. It felt very home like. Every staff member that we came in contact with was very kind, helpful and attentive. The therapists were also very knowledgeable and provided excellent treatment. I was very impressed with this skilled facility and would highly recommend it. "

"Mom was at Westhaven Nursing Home for about three months, and then since she has progressed, we were able to take her home now. The CNA's were some of the best CNA's I've ever met. They were phenomenal. The building itself did not smell, and that was extremely nice. I like that a while lot. I really was very happy with everyone's service. My mom was in a private room. With their activities, I know they play lots of games. They also have a piano where they can play with it. They also planted flowers and decorated some pots, so they do have activities. "

"We're living in Concordia now. We have a duplex. We have two bedrooms and a kitchen. We have to walk over to the main building to eat, but if there is snow on the road, they will deliver it, so that's great! Regarding activities, they have an exercise facility, they have birthday parties and Christmas parties, and they play all kinds of games. They are too busy for me because I can't keep up with it. Overall, I would say I'm close to heaven as I could get and still be alive; that's where I would rate this place. They have entertainment all the time. You just can't get any better than this. "

"My mother had a wonderful experience at Bellevue. We chose this facility after our mother had an illness that resulted in a surgery. She didn't bounce back from that surgery very quickly and ended up needing physical therapy and skilled care which was a whole new world for us! We were nervous but the minute my mom entered the doors she was greeted, shown her (very nice) room, and then quickly asked about dietary needs and preferences. She ended up spending about a month here, which included Thanksgiving day. The facility had a nice dinner for the residents but we chose to also bring her some food from our meal---all in all, the staff helped my mother have a good holiday despite the circumstances. I would highly recommend this Rehab center and my mother certainly does! She hasn't stopped talking about it yet. "
