Primrose Retirement Community of Lima

I toured Primrose Retirement Community of Lima. They have lots of social activities for the residents. There's a variety of physical activities and being able to go out in the community if they want to. If the residents would need to be transported for medical appointments, that's an option that they offer. I was just impressed with the staff and their accommodations for everybody. Inside the 1-bedroom apartment, they have a kitchen area that includes a refrigerator and a sink. It has space if you want to bring in a coffee maker or a toaster or a microwave. There is an ice cream parlor that the residents can go to and get their choice of different flavors of ice cream. Also, there's an ice cream freezer and they can purchase an item to bring back to their room if they wanted to. They have all the assistance you would need in the bathroom with either grab bars or the heater that they can turn on to warm up the bathroom for them, which is a big plus. They also have huge storage space. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and concerned about what needs we might have for our mother and how they could accommodate what she would need.

My brother moved into Primrose Retirement Community of Lima on September 1st. It was the most beautiful one, and he was stunned by how beautiful it was. The room has very large, airy windows. It’s spacious and has a walk-in closet that’s as big as a room, and the bathroom is very large. So far, he’s very happy. I went there for lunch with him. I can’t eat sugar food, and they offered pie for lunch. They also had some kind of chicken in a wrap, and I think it was fried. I don’t care for the food at all, but my brother is very happy with it. It reminded me more of restaurant food.
