We toured Trustwell Living at Miller Place. What we liked most was the good layout inside. My dad likes to walk so he can walk the hall around the building. So, it's a good walking space for someone with a walker or a cane. They have these beautiful seating areas to hang out inside and outside. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. It was excellent. There were three people that we interacted with and all were very nice. We even met the maintenance guy. The facility is beautiful. It's well-kept. It looks almost like new. It's well-maintained. They have a stay-in-place clause. You don't move into a nursing home room. They change the care price. That's very different. It's a new concept, and I like that.

My mom was at Miller place for 10 years. There is no better place to have your loved one be. Once a month they host a family night where they invite all family and friends of the residents for dinner. Miller Place makes sure all their residents are loved and taken care of to the highest extent. Miller Place is always clean and doesn't have a "smell" like many others around us. Also their food is really good! You wont be disappointed in the care your mom will receive from their staff.
