"I recently visited this facility and have found that it is the cleanest well organized assisted living facility i've ever been in. The staff is very courteous in making sure I was directed to the correct department area. I also noticed that there were no staff members hanging around the hallways with nothing to do. Everyone seemed to be busy in their job duties."

"My mom was a resident at The Greens. They have a living room and a dining room. It has a nice and spacious area. The living room has a fireplace, bookcases, and a television. It's homey and has recliners for the residents. The kitchen is in the same great room and has counters around it. They cook the food right there, and it smells really good. They do their laundry right there on site. They have a hairdresser that comes in once a month, and one free appointment is included with their payments. The bedrooms are large enough. They try to keep the residents out socializing with other people. My mom had her own television, a recliner in her bed, a dresser, plenty of storage space, a huge bathroom, and a shower. You could even roll a wheelchair into the shower. When they walked into the bathroom, the light automatically came on. They had outdoor areas where the residents could go outside when it was nice out. They had an enclosed courtyard between buildings. They had bingo. They had times where they had groups who came that would sing for them or play the piano. They had manicures. They had a whole list of activities all the time. It was a nice facility."

"Lochhaven had three floors. We looked at the apartments on the first floor for level 1 residents who don't need that much attention. They had assisted living people if you need them. The staff who led me on the tour was very nice, and I saw a lot of activities on their list. They had a very nice greeting room with a big fireplace that was very inviting. The place itself was clean, and they had a library and a nice big patio where people could go out and sit. It was very nice, and I liked it. The first floor looked like an apartment building, and the higher floors were more for assisted living."

"My mother-in-law is in Sarah Jane Living Center. They’re great. I think it’s wonderful -- the facility, the management, and the staff. It’s great. Her room has a bed and a chester drawer. We have a TV in it. It is clean, and it is kept nice. There is a fan to keep her cool if she gets warm. It’s a nice facility. We have no problems at this point. I know they give her 3 meals a day, and she eats it all and likes it. They have yahtzee and horseshoe activities. "

"The Heritage has done very well so far in taking care of my relative. It is clean. They call up and keep close contact, and have a close relationship with the patients. They take care of their needs. The room that she is in is very nice. It has one-bedroom. Everything looks fine. They have a nice patio outside for sitting. "

"The whole visit was great, I was asked if I needed help the minute I walked in the door. The nurse showed me around let me know where the help desk was and the restroom then showed me a tour of the facility , she gave me some pamplets on all the speacial care they can provide , I was happy to se the work they were doing and truly happy to be doing it "

"My husband is a resident in the Legacy Unit. I am very thankful I chose Springview Manor. The staff is amazing. Their performance shows they truly care for each resident. I love the family orientated atmosphere from the minute you walk in the door. My husband loves to spend time in the beautiful garden. The rooms are very nice and always clean. "I liked The Springs of Lima very much; however, they did not accept Medicaid on the payment (which was of a concern to me since my loved one is not dealing with a lot of assets). The person who took us through was relatively new at her job, but did very good. She answered a lot of questions and did a fine job of explaining everything. The residents looked clean, very pleasant, and seemed happy too."

"My sister is at Good Samaritan Society. They're doing very well. The staff is very nice and very courteous to both myself, as her guardian, and her as well. It is a very clean facility. The staff is very professional. The food there is very good. This is not my first experience with them because my mother was in there as well. I'll give the food a 4 because you get the occasional bad meal."

"It seems all healthcare facilities are expensive but I find this one at Briar Hill North Baltimore OH to exceed many or even most others in quality staff and services as well as living conditions. Staff obviously are committed to giving highest quality care, attentive on a CONSISTENT basis to resident needs, upbeat and cheerful in attitude, and yes even express appreciation working for Trilogy which has a reputation for treating employees so well! (Rare to hear employee speak so highly of employer!). Each dept seems to take pride in providing the best service possible to residents. The place is kept clean, the food is delicious, maintenance approachable and quick to respond, activities varied, therapy and other beneficial services available, transport via Briar Hill van a joy in going out to venues, appts, etc. This is the kind of atmosphere that really DOES exist here in N Baltimore."
