"My husband was at Evergreen Health and Rehab. I liked the facility very much. They had a very nice space. The older people seemed to like it very much. I thought it was very clean and nice, and I liked it. The shared room was very nice and had two men in there, my husband and another man, but they had their privacy. The caregivers were really nice and helped him a lot. I enjoyed being there. It was a brief stay but what I saw was very nice. "

"My mom was a patient here for a short time due to rehabilitation, She was originally placed at the sister facility Envoy of Woodstock but we wanted her close to home. Previously my father was here 5 years prior and the facility has completely turned around FOR THE BETTER. The Administrator who is new to this building but not to the job field was the most helpful and knowledgeable Administrator I have ever met in my life. If I wasn't mistaken she could have been my mother's doctor! Her mottow is everyone is there to do a job and their first priority is the patients! Any questions about mother's care or concern's we had no matter how busy we were she always made time for us. Therapy worked wonderful with mom and her plan of care was more then we hoped for. I have noticed that at any facility staffing seems to be an issue, It happens, people get sick, hurt whatever the case may be. It is nothing new as I am more then familiar with the medical field so I am more then familiar with the process. With the nurses that I met at Envoy - they were always on top of their job and went beyond all measure's to make mom happy. Anything down to wanting something different for her meals, they made sure it happened. Now to be realistic you cannot go into any facility making unrealistic demands. We were willing to do our part and to make sure mom was compliant with what was expected and they were sure to go above and beyond to make anything happen for mom. We felt she was in good hands when we left her for the night. When we couldn't make it to take mom to her appointments due to work, they made sure she went and took care of transportation - she was on time to her appointment and I was able to have a conference call with her and her doctor during her visit.. That took a lot off of us and to know I could depends on them for the trip to Berryville made me ecstatic. This took a lot off of me and I appreciate Envoy for all their professionalism, patience, love and care that they showed with me and my family as anyone in the Medical field has a stressful job and to keep a building running it takes a Army! They're still open and taking patients so obviously they are built army strong! "

"The Village at Orchard Ridge is fairly new and it definitely would be a wonderful place. They have a lot of apartments and health care providers can come in and provide care. It is not for the average person because we're talking about a lot of money and you buy into it initially. They still had apartments in June but they were 95% sold out. "

"My husband is in Rose Hill Health and Rehab. So far, it's been very good. The place is very, very welcoming. The staff has been exceptionally good. They always respond when he rings the bell and give him what he needs and do what needs to be done. The dining area is nice and clean. I see residents playing games in a room, and I see them in the hallways walking. The lady that's the head of admissions has been working with us very, very well."

"The people at Heritage Hall Front Royal are very caring. We've always had good conversations with them. Anytime we call, the nurse speaks with us right then and they're very willing to work with us. My mom has dementia and now she's mainly just sleeping all the time. So, she doesn't need a lot of care right now but they're very good with turning her and feeding her and dressing her. We've been pleased with her care. They're very friendly and very warm. There's a lot of food and it looks delicious and smells delicious. Mom's insurance has been paying for her stay there, up until this past week, we'll have to do private pay after, but it's worth the money."
