The people at Heritage Hall Front Royal are very caring. We've always had good conversations with them. Anytime we call, the nurse speaks with us right then and they're very willing to work with us. My mom has dementia and now she's mainly just sleeping all the time. So, she doesn't need a lot of care right now but they're very good with turning her and feeding her and dressing her. We've been pleased with her care. They're very friendly and very warm. There's a lot of food and it looks delicious and smells delicious. Mom's insurance has been paying for her stay there, up until this past week, we'll have to do private pay after, but it's worth the money.

cant put into words how disgusted my whole family and myself are with 90% of the so-called "nurses" and other staff members who work at Front Royal. Rude, unprofessional, and lack of compassion for the vulnerable people who need them the most. My loved one had a stroke, ended up there for 2 months, the entire duration of their stay was during Covid-19 so in person visiting was prohibited, which was understandable. I wish I would have taken my loved one more seriously when they begged us to get them out of there. I dont understand, if you do not want to take care of vulnerable people the way they need you to, then why are you there putting my loved ones life in danger?! Sores, mental trauma, loss of belongings, not bathing/changing clothes for days, not using sterile procedures or giving any medication info on discharge order. if you can send your loved one ANYWHERE ELSE, do so without hesitation, DO. NOT. TRUST. THESE. PEOPLE.

The food at Heritage Hall Front Royal is terrible. It's overcrowded, it's not very clean, and the staff is overloaded and overworked. I didn't see much in the way of amenities other than them rowing them out on the front porch so the staff could smoke.
