My family member is very happy here. The staff are very caring and attentive. Management are accessible and take swift action on any things that need to be addressed. The first thing noticed is the age of the facility but I’m told a major renovation is eminent. Our relative is making friends. They are picky about food but they are satisfied with the taste and quality - no complaints. There are activities but I’m not sure what they are as they don’t participate. They have a transport to take residents to medical Appointments. Again we are very impressed with the proactive approach of the management team.
