Very nice staff, making sure to accommodate residents needs and wants. The cnas and med personal are great couldn't ask for a greater group of staff caring for our loved one.

The rooms in Brookstone Haven were nice, and the staff was friendly. They told us about the indoor activities, and everything seemed really nice. We saw the dining area, and it was really nice as well. What I liked about this facility was it was more up-to-date, and the place was more modern-looking. It was not dreary and depressing. It has a better atmosphere compared to the other facility I have visited.
