My Wife has been at Twelve Oaks in the Memory Care section for almost two years. I have been pleased with the care she has received. The staff has been consistent in being of help and truly care for her well being.

My mother has been a resident at Twelve Oaks for 3 months now and I have been there quite often to visit. I am very pleased with the facility, the rooms are roomy which we were allowed to basically do whatever we wanted to it, and bring whatever we wanted. The staff is very helpful when I have a question or need something, and they were very helpful in the moving in process. They also have a nice fenced-in courtyard so my mother can go outside, very happy about that. I recommend Twelve Oaks to anyone looking for a facility for a loved-one.

My dad has lived in this facility for almost 8 years. He considers it home. It’s very clean and the staff takes great care of him. They are very dependable. My dad loves the activities, especially Bingo!

I visited Twelve Oaks and I got a good overall impression. The amenities are average to slightly average. The rooms were basic and everything was clean, but they didn't have any kitchen facilities, just a bathroom. They have a salon, and they have a small kind of living room area with books, games, and a TV. The staff seemed very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful.

This week I had the pleasure of visiting a family member living at the facility when i visited for two days this week. I am a physician specializing in internal medicine and geriatrics and this was my first visit to the facility. I wanted to note how impressed I was. The facility was lovely and ideally organized. Everything was convenient and comfortable and as nice as if I was visiting a friend in their nice home. The residents all seemed happy and at home. All the staff were very very friendly , professional, and seemed highly experienced and very capable. I visited three separate times with each visit lasting a few hours. And one visit had a early evening birthday party for one resident where most of the residents on that wing attended. I found everyone to be one big happy family with a loving, capable, energetic, friendly staff that quickly easily, and expertly managed everything. I am very thankful that my family member has found an ideal place to live for the time of his life when he needs a lot of help. My mother-in-law is in Twelve Oaks. It is a very high-quality facility, beautiful, very clean, and nestled in the woods. The staff is very attentive and very caring. The place is very nice and well-maintained, and they have very good leadership. The administrator has been there for quite some time, and she is highly respected not only in the facility but also in the community. We are very pleased in being able to find such a nice caring place for my mother-in-law so we don't have to worry. They have very good medical and nursing staff there. I chose this facility because it's within 5 minutes of my work, so if she needs anything, I could just run right over.
