My father is at The Addison of Lincolnton. He has been there for 18 months now. There were some rough patches, but they have all been resolved. Other than that, it's been wonderful. My father's room is great. It's all good. The dining area is nice. They haven't had many activities, but they have a new activity director. They have a beautiful outdoor patio. It's a big, fenced area with flowers, and it's beautiful.

We toured The Addison of Lincolnton. The community was fabulous. The tour was wonderful. The facility was exceptional and clean. They had caring staff. The rooms were very nice and big enough and had a private bath. The space was really nice. They had walk-in showers. We checked the dining area. It looked clean and welcoming.

The Addison of Lincolnton is a fantastic facility. It's nice and clean. They take them places and do things with them. It has a nice outside area for them that's all fenced in, so they can't get out. They have a nice dining room. There's a lady that comes out every Monday and sings for them. They have cooking lessons and my brother loves cooking. They watch over their pills and they clean their rooms and things like that. The room has a single bed, which is all my brother needs and it's a nice bed. It's not a thin mattress like they have at the VA. This is a nice mattress and a nice bedroom. It has a round table or an oval table and a nightstand. We have to buy a TV set. I've got a recliner I'm going to take there. It's very clean. They have a full shower bathroom in there. He wants a single room, which he's got, if things go through alright. I'm very, very pleased. There are double and single rooms. They could have a plant, but it's got to be safe for human consumption. They have extra living areas where you can go in and have talks with people. They have a couple of pianos in there if you want to play the piano and they have a screened porch as well. I'm very pleased with it. The staff during the tour was very pleasant. She's going to get back to me as far as the assessment and make sure everything is fine. They have three meals a day and three snacks a day. They gave me coffee and some chips for my great-granddaughter.

The Addison of Lincolnton was nice and clean. Everything was centrally located and they were doing a lot with the residents. At the time of my visit, they were having a little concert. So, they had plenty of activities for them to do and it was like a big group of people living together. The dining area was also big and clean. Then the living quarters were a good size and they all looked like there was enough room for somebody to live there comfortably. The employees we talked to were all nice.

My mom ended up going to The Addison of Lincolnton, and it seems to be working out pretty well. We like the place. They seem to be very efficient. She had options to bring her own bed and some furniture out of her house. What we like the most was the location being close to family. They give you the option to decorate your own room with furnishings. So far, we haven't had any issues with the staff. Everybody seems to be well versed in what needs to be done in taking care of the patients. She gets three good meals a day. The little dining area is nice, and they cook good meals. The facility has good security. They keep everything clean. It's nice, airy, and lit up. They have people come in. They meet in the dining area and sing, do crossword puzzles, puzzles, knitting, and stuff like that. They have a lot of opportunities. The lady there, her name's Loretta, keeps them all busy. It's cheaper than some of the other places we've been to.

My father-in-law is living at Carillon Assisted Living of Lincolnton. The general appearance and layout is excellent. The food is also great. The staff is excellent and they provide excellent care. Everything is great. The rooms are clean and a good size. My father-in-law started in there with a roommate, but he doesn't have one now. He has adjusted very well and he seems very happy. They do puzzles, sorting and folding, games, and they take them out to do activities.

I'm moving my mother into Carillon this week. It's very nice, that's why we picked it. They have transportation for her to go to different places. They have Bingo, crafts, and cooking. The menu is very good and it's served restaurant-style, not institutional style. She has her own personal TV and telephone. The staff is very good. They have four different gardens, two wraparound porches, and two screened-in porches. It's very clean.

I placed my mom in Carillon, and she's still adjusting to it. They serve three meals a day and have transportation for doctors' appointments. The staff is very helpful to her and try to do their job.

The staff at Carillon Assisted Living is very positive. It has your typical institutional food. They do some baking and some memory games, make jam, and sometimes go on outings to ball games or different places in the area, and for ice cream. They have a garden and do TV watching, group gatherings, and game playing. These are all people who have moderate to severe Alzheimer's or other memory problems, so what they do with them is fairly good.

Carillon looks new, it is clean, and the people are very friendly there. The food is very good, and my aunt really likes it. What stood out was the friendliness of the staff, and the way that they worked with her when we first came to visit.

Carillon Assisted Living would have been perfect for us. The staff was friendly and very informative. They had some arts and crafts going on in one room. There was a gentleman enjoying his time in another room knitting quietly. I really enjoyed their facility.

The staff at Carillon Assisted Living of Lincolnton was excellent. I had a really nice visit; however, their rooms/apartments were more expensive than what I can afford. They did have a single private and double where you have a roommate. They have all different kinds of activities onsite. They would also take them out on shopping trips, to the doctors and things like that. The dining set-up was very good and very nice. It was a beautiful facility. It kind of reminded me of a community. The residents seemed like they're really cared for, and the appearance of the place was really, really nice.

If I had to put my mom somewhere, Carillon would be my first choice. The prices were in line with everyone else's. The security was very thorough. It had a good reputation in the community. The rooms looked more like a home apartment-type situation, versus a nursing home. Their memory care center was not old, nasty furniture; it was a nice facility by way of the atmosphere, the staff, and the pleasantness of the sales associate. They do have activities. As a matter of fact, I've gotten postcards inviting me and my mom to come and have ice cream social or hotdog dinner or whatever so that she could see the facility herself. They have a lot of planned activities.

I think Carillon Assisted Living is terrific. My father is in the Alzheimer's wing. The staff is very helpful to him and to us. The food is wonderful and my dad has no complaints. The place has beautiful landscape, lots of flowers, and the grass is pretty. When you walk inside, you won't feel like you're inside a facility. The dining area is like walking into a restaurant. It's really nice and the people are doing a good job. The people take very good care of the patients and show that they care for them. That's worth a lot to me because it gives me peace of mind. I don't have to worry if I have to be out of town. I am very satisfied.

Carillon Assisted Living was a new facility and it was really beautiful, but also very expensive. Their prices are a lot higher than most of the other facilities. The staff was nice, but they were more business-like.

Carillon is a great place. Everything's been fine. My mother loves it there and they treat her very well. The food is okay. Sometimes it's really, really good and sometimes it's institutional food, but they try to make it as good as possible. They're very attentive to mom. If something's happening, they call us and tell us. She has made some friends there. They have a lot of different activities every day. They have bingo, manicures and pedicures, they have devotion on Sundays, they have arts and crafts, and they play cards. Sometimes they take them out for Walmart or the Dollar Store. And sometimes on Fridays, they take them out for milkshakes to a special place they go to. They also have people come in and sing and play music. They have all kinds of stuff. It's really a nice place.

The facility was well clean and santized. The employees there are extremely nice especially to throw a birthday party for my aunts 80th birthday. They made her day when they all celebrated it together. The nurses take really good care of their patients if they need or want something they normally get it. The staff makes sure all patients get what medicines and doctors appointments that the patients need each day, very friendly staff their.
