Located in the Southern Oaks subdivision off of Judd Parkway, this home is very convenient to US-401 and NC-55, the Fuquay Varina Community Center, and many shopping centers and restaurants. This home features four private rooms, one semi-private room, heated floors, two bathrooms with roll-in showers, a handicapped accessible kitchen, a large screened-in patio, and a large fenced-in back yard.
