Spring Arbor of Apex was a small place, but the rooms were nice and large. It was the only place where the residents were using the outside area. The other places I looked at would show you the activity rooms, but you don't see a soul. In this place, people were out there exercising and some were watching TV. When you walk in, it's a beautiful place. It was bright, sunny, and inviting. I went into the locked memory care and the staff there were great. They were willing to talk to me and said that they encourage the people to come out of their rooms and interact. They were good and the nursing station was right there in the middle.

I have chosen Spring Arbor of Apex for my husband, and I liked it. He's been there for about two or three weeks now. I am pleased with it so far. It's good, he's been very pleased with his care so far, they take good care of him, and they help him when he needs it. They seem to be accommodating. I don't have any complaints, and they're doing a great job right now. He has a small room, it's furnished, he's comfortable, and they make him comfortable. It's got a chair, he's got his own TV and they've got basic cable, which just makes him happy. It's got a bathroom. It's like he's in his own little hotel room. They have a library, they have a garden, they have physical therapy there, and he's happy about that because he needs physical therapy. They have a gym. They have a ton of activities, lots of arts and things, and walking clubs and they have a lot of those. They have good food.

My father-in-law was in Spring Arbor of Apex. It was a nice facility and the people were nice. The problem I had was that going in, they said that they could work with him. I think that they overestimated their abilities. It ended up costing us money because we had to pay for the community and we were only there for a short time. If there's someone that does not require a lot of care, that's a great place to put them. If they require a lot of care, they will kick you out. He and his roommate were both kicked out because they were high maintenance, but if you're lower maintenance, it's a great facility. If your loved one meets the requirements, it's a very nice place, it's clean, it's easy to get in and out of, they take excellent care of the residents there and the amenities were better than the other place we saw. If the residents were capable, they would take them on outings. They also had a little dining area. Everything was good and they have physical therapy come in. They play some games with them. They were better than other facilities as far as activities and how they care for the residents.

Spring Arbor of Apex was nice. It was good and I like it. They have a lot of staff that has been there a long time, so the staff turnover is low. It’s small, but they have good staff to resident ratio. They also have a memory care unit. It was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and aware of what’s going on with the residents.

We visited this facility recently, and although didn't have the greatest impression in the beginning, we ended up taking a liking to the place after the tour. Lacked in professionalism unfortunately (didn't have a packet ready for us with info, then couldn't remember if she gave us the packet the next day when emailing). Unfortunately, within days, we were being emailed asking to drop off $$ right away, and calling us by the wrong name several times. Also never asked any questions about our loved who who would eventually be staying there.

My mother has been at Spring Arbor since August, and so far, it has been really nice. They have very good food. I don't have any complaints. They have a lot of activities for the people there. They give her more hands-on care and they make sure she gets her meals. It is clean and doesn't stink. It is something within her price range. I would recommend this place.

I came to Spring Arbor to visit a family friend, and was amazed when I first walked in. Located in Apex, the building from the outside looked very presentable, and exceeded my expectations. When I was greeted inside, I noticed that fellow residents all looked peaceful, and there was a positive aura in the room. It did not take long to meet my family friend, and ask her about her time here. She enjoys the place, and stated that the people are very tactful, and show a concerned for their residents. Her rooming space was also very nice, and she stated that there were people to help with cleaning her room, whenever she was not able to do it herself. After communicating with other residents, there was a common consensus that this place is a good referral for future residents. The facility also works with future residents about payment plans, and make sure that everyone that wants to live here, is able.

I had the pleasure of visiting Spring Arbor of Apex and was very impressed with the surroundings as well as the apparent care of residents at this facility. I had the opportunity to speak to the Executive Director, who was not only helpful in answering my questions, but also obviously personable to both residents and staff. The facility was very much to my liking and it appeared that residents felt comfortable as well.
