After graduating, Michelle worked for a large multi-hospital health system but missed the deep connections and lasting impact that home care provides - she has been focused on home care ever since. Michelle’s passion for keeping people safe at home isn’t just professional - it’s personal. Michelle’s mother lived with cancer for many years. As she faced challenges towards the end of her battle, she would often talk about how she would like to spend the time she had left and how it was so important to her to stay in her own home.
