I'm extremely impressed with how responsive the director is. She's very direct, and she has been very helpful; when I've had medical appointments and the caregiver couldn't show up, she showed up herself. It's nice to have somebody around here to handle basic stuff. Every so often, I have mobility problems, so sometimes getting around is difficult, and having someone around three times a week is a lifesaver.

I like how personable the caregiver is with my mom and how attentive she is to her. They are always there if I have any questions that need answering. They check in for feedback. They are hands-on.

I like the quality of the caregivers. They are typically on time, which is important to us. They get along great with my wife and know what they're doing. They help to get her out of her wheelchair and bed.
