Hello Edith, So very sorry for the problem that you experienced. We are a non medical agency, but do help clients with their needs around oxygen, whenever appropriate. We take great care in hiring team members who are not only capable and skilled, but also have the right attitude to take care of our seniors. Unfortunately, every individual’s needs are different and sometimes we make mistakes or can do a better job. Hopefully you appreciate that we are humble enough to accept that, but follow through to ensure mistakes are not repeated. In this specific situation, our caregiver inadvertently made a mistake. So, she received additional training specifically for your needs & situation. Thank you very much for giving us an opportunity to care for your needs.

Hi Tom, Thank you so much for taking the time out of your day to provide us with good feedback. Totally agree on the consistency aspect. You know this already, but we try very very hard on that. Unfortunately, this is such a human industry. Everyone's life is always changing and each day is different. Our caregivers' lives are constantly changing too, and so its difficult to find the perfect balance, consistently. We are changing our approach to meet our caregivers' scheduling needs first & foremost, which should lead to them being happy, which in turn should lead to happy clients and families. It will be hard, but nothing worthwhile is easy, and we are committed to doing the best for everyone. Thank you for continuing to have faith in us, and letting us care for your special, loved one.

Hello Marsha, Your mother was an amazing lady. So blessed to have had an opportunity to care for her and support your family. You are absolutely right about providing more training. We have just launched a new 12 month continuing education program, in addition to our standard training, and are looking for ways for it to be better utilized and measured, so everyone has an outstanding experience. Kindly call the office, and our Client Success Manager will be happy to resolve any misunderstanding! You can find out who is coming on our portal anytime, or if there is a change from your regular schedule its our job to inform you. Sorry that has not been the case for some reason. We will continue to work on ways to improve how we provide care, how we support and coach our team members. Towards that end, we have just launched a 12 month continuing education program, changed our office team structure, and are also changing our approach on how we run our agency.
