Excellent Staff and beautiful building and grounds!!! Meals were great and is located in a great neighborhood near South Park Mall.

The Sardis Presbyterian Church, Central Church of God and Sardis Baptist Church offer devotional services in the area, and there are many shops and restaurants on Independence Boulevard.
Senior Retreat at Stonehaven is a care home offering memory care services. Staff is on hand to assist seniors with day-to-day activities, offer medication reminders and provide more hands-on care as needed. The facility accepts residents with varying needs and is licensed to care for those who are nonambulatory. Seniors can choose between private and semi-private rooms, and several staff members are certified nursing assistants (CNAs).
Amenities at the facility include full meal service and two indoor common areas. The den and living room both feature large fireplaces, providing a soothing and comforting focal point. Residents can also socialize in the porch area, which looks out over the landscaped backyard.
Our excellent and experience caregivers are staffed 24/7 and do everything including cooking, cleaning, personal care, as well as activities. We are often described as a cross between Assisted Living and Memory Care as we provide true boutique and personalized senior living. We are audited and monitored by both NC County and State representatives as like any other licensed retirement community.
