The facility is clean and well kept. I thought the nurses and CNAs there were passionate about the residents in the facility, and truly enjoyed the company of those they cared for. My uncle is well taken care of, always well kept and looked after. His time there has been enjoyable thus far, and he enjoys the company of the staff. It's a very pleasant environment, and I do not feel guilt when I leave the facility - as I have when visiting other senior homes.

My father-in-law is in a shared room at East Side. He's on Medicaid so that's what they would pay for. It would be better though if he wasn't in a shared room because his roommate is belligerent. The facility is close to home so it's convenient for my mother-in-law to get there. The place is clean and pretty sterile. The staff is really nice. They give pureed meals because my father-in-law's got swallowing issues. He seems to like every bit of the food.

The staf are very friendly and always have a smile on there faces. The satff gets very involed with the residents and vistors they will put a smile on your face. its just all together a great place to have a family memeber when the time comes.
