I was already interested with Sierra Springs, and it’s something that I want to pursue, but my grandmother doesn’t have Medicaid so I need to apply for Medicaid in order for Medicaid to cover her stay. They also have a day program that’s one of the things I was looking for as well and some things like I can just drop her off on my way at work and pick her up at the end of the day. They had a lot of accommodations. The residents were sitting down in the common areas, and their employees were working and tidying up. It was clean. I dropped in unexpectedly, and they were extremely polite, courteous, and showed me around. The staff was very nice to my grandmother and contacted the owner; the owner came in and talked to me and showed me around as well. There was like a library or a little reading area. She has dementia, and she talked and visited with them, and she was like having the time of her life there. That was one of the reasons I really liked it. When I was getting in the car with her, she said, "Thank you for taking me on vacation, I having a really good time" and told me that they had a beautiful home.
