I was impressed with Arbor Terrace Middletown. I thought that it might be the place to use if we decide to do it. The memory care living quarters seemed fine. The staff was very accommodating. The residents seemed to be well cared for and didn't say any information or any complaints to me about the place. They had a big day room with a television in it and chairs.

My mother-in-law is moving in on Monday. It is assisted as well as independent, but we decided on assisted living. It is close to where we live. It is beautiful and clean. The people there are very involved, very active and friendly. When you walk in the door, everyone seems very happy. The building is designed for senior citizens. There is an open floor plan. Most of the activities and the dining room are in the same general area, so it is easy for them to find where they're going. It is just a beautiful place. The staff who showed me around was wonderful. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and made you feel comfortable with the decision.

It was very nice. The ground was nice. The staff was very nice. Layout and ambience was very nice. It’s a very nice place.
