.My mother was here for rehab 2 years ago. I am not sure how to rate this facility. I found the nurses and CNAs pleasant and usually attentive..The therapy staff was excellent, always working hard to engage my mother who was less than enthusiastic. I would not recommend this facility for anyone who needs an IV line as my mother did. My mother had it placed in the hospital then went to Care One. She got serious blood infections of 2 different organisms after being there about 2 1/2 weeks. I think this facility is ok, especially the therapy staff, as long as you don't require an IV. Do not choose this facility if you need central IV care.

CareOne at Jackson has one of the most amazing therapy programs I have ever seen. My grandmother came here and loved it. The staff was so friendly and helpful and they were always willing to go out of the way to give my grandmother whatever she needed!

The staff was somewhat uncaring about its residents. While there were a few good employees, on the whole I wish my grandmother had been placed somewhere else (I, however, did not have any say on the issue). I thought the decor could have been a little nicer and the food better. Although I didn't like the provider very much, my ever-optimistic grandmother would never say a poor word about the place; she always said the doctors gave her just the right amount of attention.
