I went to look at the St. Francis Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. I like the people. The staff members had a good rapport with each other. They all seemed happy to be there. They all had a smile on their faces. They seemed to be respectful of each other. The facility was clean. The atmosphere was positive. The dining room seemed nice. The room was adequate.

I liked the staff of Saint Francis Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. I thought they were extremely helpful. I watched how they interact with the residents, and I thought it was a good place. They were also very knowledgeable. They gave me a good overview and things to think about as I went through my research to find the right place for my mom. I met with the right person. I liked the fact that the facility was bright and cheery. They had a hairdresser, a barber shop, and onsite doctors. I was impressed with the nursing home. It was extremely clean. The staff was readily accessible and easy to find for any of the residents.

The loving and skilled care my mom receives at St. Francis is so reassuring. The staff works very hard to offer my mom activities to keep her busy and sharp, and great care when her needs dictate it. They keep my mom safe and cared for and the comfort that brings me is pricesless!

I would highly recommend Saint Francis Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. Mom has been there three times and they go above and beyond. They seem like a very caring and attentive staff. They attend to all the residents' needs. They help Mom, they don’t leave her side, and they encourage her. All the people there are very professional and they know what they're doing. The food seems to be very good, the entertainment is wonderful, and they have a really nice patio to sit out on. They're spot on with everything that they're doing, and we have been very pleased with them.

They are fantastic at Saint Francis Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. I think all of the staff is really incredibly nice people, and they have been more than wonderful to work with. Everybody seems happy. The administration has been super great. They take the time to know about the patient’s background like who they are and what they have done in their lives and use that to understand the patient’s needs. I cannot give enough positive things about them. I have tried the food, and I like it. The rooms are clean and comfortable. It is a lively place.

Mom had been at St. Francis Rehab and Nursing Center when she had a stroke. The staff were very attentive and they were in her room every hour making sure that she is okay. But then mom didn’t need so much attention and she would be disturbed by the staff coming in almost every hour of the night thus she can't sleep well. I wish they would have a separate room for the residents who doesn’t need to be watched every hour for them to be able to sleep soundly through the night. I like their activities and the dining room. They have a nice big bathroom and I really feel like they did get a lot of attention as far as making sure that they were taken care of.
