The people at Country Cottage-Corinth were very nice. The facility was clean. They had a couple of larger rooms, while the rest of them were smaller and cheaper. So, the price was according to the size. I wouldn't mind being there.

We're on a waiting list for Country Cottage - Corinth. I think it looks cozy. It looked clean, nice, and tidy. The staff, I can't remember her name, but she was very patient and understanding. The dining area looked like it was nice and clean, but I didn't get a good example of the food, though they did have menus posted. I saw a little church gathering-type thing going on. The rest of it was just kind of like some free time socializing. They had like a common area with board games and stuff and it was a back patio for grilling that was fenced in, and they were taking care of some of the neighborhood cats, I believe. And I thought that was kind of fun.

Country Cottage Corinth is wonderful. It's very welcoming and very comfortable. It is like being at home with family. My husband passed away at 15 min before midnight and the administrator stayed with me until 3:00 the next morning, just right there by me and never left our side. That was so good of her. The staff, first, second, and third shift, and even the cleaning ladies were awesome, and the cook would bring me meals in there to serve me. I've never had such good treatment in my life. The food is homecooked, you could not get any better than that, and it was delicious. My husband was not able to participate in any activities, he had dementia ... Alzheimer's. When he first went in, he could walk by himself, but I had to go with him of course. He could take a shower, could dress himself, and he was able to walk around the facility, but that did not last long. We knew he was getting ready to go down, but we went in and we did not know for how long. He was a wanderer and so it had to be a locked down facility. He was treated very well. When COVID hit we could not go at all for a while so things like that, that took his life. But that could not be helped by anyone.

I'm very pleased with Country Cottage - Corinth. They have very pleasant and very homelike surroundings. It's very clean and well cared for. The staff is very compassionate, very professional, and very caring. My father-in-law cleans his plate, so the food must be good. He has not complained.

I was impressed with Country Cottage. The staff answered all the questions that I had that I can think of at the time. Their apartments are fine. Their dining room is really nice although I can't comment about the food because I haven't eaten there. Their residents looked fine and happy.
