Spero Lakeville Senior Living is very clean and tidy. It has a nice aroma. The apartments are beautiful. They only have 55, and we found it to be a very nice place. It's by Lakeville North High School, and it's only four years old. The staff who gave the tour was very knowledgeable and very helpful. They have several group areas to meet in with different types of overstuffed chairs. Some of the rooms have little electric fireplaces. There is a library. There is also a theater area. Their dining area is very roomy and very bright. There are lots of windows. I would definitely move there, but we have other places to look at. The facility is very nice. They don't have enough underground parking for everybody, but they're trying to resolve that.

In Spero Lakeville Senior Living the apartments were bigger, though it's not as big a complex as the other ones. So it's a little more homey, but other than that, it's got the same features as the other ones. They have happy hour, bible study, book clubs, coffee hour, and an activity room or game room. They opened something like a year ago and then COVID hit, so they're struggling to get occupancy because of COVID, and they haven't been able to do a lot of the activities. The staff is excellent, they're very courteous people, and very caring. They don't have meal service.
