My brother is at Golden Living Center for hospice. He's being well taken care of, and they're keeping him clean. The place is a little cluttered and noisy for our taste, but it's good. I don't have any complaints.

My brother is at Golden Living Center for hospice. He's being well taken care of, and they're keeping him clean. The place is a little cluttered and noisy for our taste, but it's good. I don't have any complaints.

I have visited this home on several occasions and found my father with matter covering his teeth, stubble on his face, long and dirty fingernails, dirty clothing, and missing clothing. We have also found him wearing other people's clothing because his was missing. During one visit, his bed was not ever fixed. An aide finally straightened the covers for him when it was time to lay down for his afternoon nap. However, the aide, after helping him into bed, left him in a very uncomfortable position, his head too stiff to even lay on the pillow. A second aide finally came in and kindly helped my father to get into a comfortable position.
