My in-laws are staying in Deer Run Independent Villas in Spring Arbor. It's one of the 10 or 11 independent living condos behind their assisted living units. I like that there's no transfer of services. At this other facility I checked, they said if something happened to one of my parents, the other one would go to the assisted living part and pay a fee. It's not like that here. They just basically rented an independent living condo. They have been very helpful in getting my parents settled and answering our questions. The cleanliness and the structure of the building are very good. The size of the room is very large and the place has a friendly atmosphere.
