"I picked American House East I Senior Living for myself although I'm not going there yet. They offer three meals a day and entertainment like cards and bingo. I know that they have a bus that takes the residents to the grocery store if they need to, and then they would also take you to your doctor's appointment. "

"I toured American House East I Villas. It was wonderful. The administrator or the contact person was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering questions. She was very kind in showing me the property and explaining everything. The apartments were beautiful and orderly. It was set up wonderfully. I was able to see the dining area and I was very impressed. The lounge area was great. They have plenty of room for people to move around, whether in a wheelchair, walker, or whatever."

"American House East II was a very nice place, but a little overpriced for us. The tour was very good. It's a single story. It looked clean and very well-kept. You had to pay separately for your electricity and heat. If you have your phone and television, it wasn't included in the price, and that's why it was a little too pricey for us. I liked it, though. The staff was awesome. She was wonderful, very nice, and knowledgeable. We saw the menu and the dining area. It was very nice. It was like being in a restaurant."

"My husband moved into American House Freedom Place Roseville for respite care. It's small. I think they only have 25 to 28 residents in memory care, which I like. The layout is fine. It's easy for the residents to get around. The dining room seems to be large and spacious. The community room where they sit around the television, seems clean. No odors. The staff seems to be polite and professional. I did ask my husband after the first few days and he said the food was tasty. He is on a soft diet. So it seems like they can handle that. So these people can provide a special diet. So that was one of the reasons why I selected this place. The cost is too high, and then we have to provide everything like towels. And he's incontinent, so diapers and pads and things like that."

"The Arbor Inn was clean, and the staff is friendly. My grandmother liked the activities, and always had something to do. Also, the price here is UNBEATABLE. It was the only facility in her price range, and it was also the nicest facility we looked at. Definately recommend it!"

"My husband and I are very impressed with this home. Bobby (RN) and May (Trained Caregiver) run this care facility out of their home. They are both very caring, compassionate and attentive to my brother who is currently in their home. You are not just a patient to them, you are family. Their home and rooms are very clean. The food is excellent. They are in constant communication with us not only when my brother needs extra medical attention, but, also when he is doing well. I will receive a picture of him doing his exercises with his OT and PT as well as pictures of him just hanging out. Both Bobby and May go the extra mile, even with the little stuff. Bobby will sit and watch football with my brother and they are always talking sports. I also highly recommend the Medical Facility that works with Bobby and May. The Primary Care Doctor, Nurse, Wound Care Nurse, OT and PT, etc. My husband and I and my brother highly recommend Advent Residential to everyone."

"I looked for a place for my mom and visited American House Sterling Woods Senior Living. The place was clean and the hallways were very pleasant. They had good sized rooms and I liked the kitchen and courtyard. Everyone seemed involved in the activities. I was not able to try the food since I was on a special diet, but it looked fine. I knew some of the residents who lived there and if they did not like the food, they made something else for them. They did not have any complaints at all. "

The people that I've talked to over the phone were all very caring people, but because of some discrepancies going on, they were not able to accept my friend there. Whatever you need, they're right on the ball helping you out. Every time I needed help, they were there to assist me. They do a good job with housekeeping. Every week, they clean my house, and they do a beautiful job. Every two weeks they do my laundry, and they do a beautiful job. They have all kinds of activities going on. They have bingo, happy hour, barbecue, and a pool table, and they're topnotch for entertainment. The lady does a great job. I'm definitely getting my money's worth and my kids love it."
