My mom has been in Oakwood Manor Senior Living. It's 40 units. It's very, very nice. It is sort of like a campus-type thing. Everything is very clean. The manager is very nice. She is very, very helpful. I can't say anything negative about the experience or her being there. The grounds are very nice. The apartments are clean and neat. They have some activities. They have a library, an exercise room, community rooms, laundry facilities on each floor, and a salon. The interaction with the staff is very good. I talked extensively with the manager and she's very helpful. Every time I needed to talk with her, or I had a question, she was very, very helpful. No problems at all. She has called to follow up with things, which I think is important. I met with the handyman guy, and he was very nice. My mom had a very small issue when she first moved into the apartment, and he came and took care of it right away. My mom has several boxes since she's still unpacking, and he told her when she finished or whenever she like, he would take the boxes down and take them to the dumpster for her.
