The staff at williamstown Commons truly care. They are professional, kind, and compassionate. I am there daily and I see the interactions between staff and residents. They listen to the seniors and make every effort to ensure that they are taken care of and content.

I was told this was the best facility and I disappointed. the staff was cold and frequently ignored call bells and requests for help!
