Our Assisted Living Residents range in age from early 70s all the way to our oldest resident at 101! Our residents love live music, educational seminars, crafts, gardening, brain games, relaxing outside, movie time, bingo and more.

Blaire House of Tewksbury focuses on brain health by providing brain healthy activities to challenge the brain (word games, trivia etc) and enrichment activities such as yoga, zumba, nutritional speakers and more.

We are located off of Rt. 38 and set back from the main road in a residential, quiet neighborhood. Residents that are able can enjoy walking in a quiet residential setting.

We have our own fleet of vehicles that are fully handicap accessible. Transportation is provided for planned outings and also available for medical appointments or other transporation needs.

Our assisted living residents enjoy 3 meals a day and snacks. Breakfast is a full breakfast assortment including eggs any style, pancakes, bacon/sausage/ham, cold/hot cereal, fresh fruit, assorted juices, coffee, tea. Lunch is the main meal of the day. A hot soup and fresh garden salad are served along with a main entree choice and alternate entree choice. Dinner is the lighter meal of the day. Residents are offered a hot soup, garden salad and main entree choice and alternate entree choice. We have the ability to work with dietary needs such as ground food, pureed food, etc.
What safety features or security measures does Blaire House of Tewksbury offer to assisted living residents?
We are staffed to state regulations and all residents receive life-line with fall detection to all residents. Checks are conducted with residents if determined needed as part of individualized care plan. Doors lock 8pm-7am for security, visitors can ring bell for access after hours.
How does Blaire House of Tewksbury keep residents' families informed about their loved ones?
Our Administrative Staff keeps in close contact with family members regarding the resident's individualized care plan. This can include medication changes, behavior changes or illness, etc. We have very open lines of communication and call, email and text family members even after hours.

We love animals and pets are welcome to visit often.

Our Resident Care Director and Wellness Nurse both assess prior to move in and then re-evaluate a care plan every 6 months or earlier if determined needed.

We have very open lines of communication. Our Resident Care Director and Wellness Nurse call and email the family and meet with the on site with any concerns or updates on the resident's health.

We are located in a residential neighborhood off of Rt. 38 in Tewksbury. The location is very accessable to Rt. 93 and Rt. 495. It is 5 minutes to the highway.
