My mom moved to the Countryside Health Care of Milford. Their memory care unit is full of amazing staff who care about the patients, and I am not worried about her at all when she is there. They're wonderful. The upkeep is fine. My mother said she doesn't like the food. My mother likes to color, that's mostly what she does, but I've been there many times and like they fold baby clothes. They have lots of things to do with them. It's $14,000 a month, which is not worth that.

My brother has moved to long-term care at Countryside Health Care of Milford. It has been excellent. The staff has been great. They are very helpful. I'm very happy with the rooms as well. The common areas are great. The cleanliness and maintenance are excellent. We have been very happy with the experience, the care, and the concern. He was at Countryside for rehab, and we were happy with it. A long-term care opened up, so we were very happy to make the move right where he was.

My mom is having rehab at Countryside Health Care of Milford, and the overall experience has been excellent. Everyone, including the therapists, is wonderful and attentive. The food is good, it's a nice place with nice facilities, and it's clean. She's in a rehab room which is just a room with a bed, a TV with lots of channels, and a recliner which is nice.

Transferred from hospital to recover from fractures to pelvis and lower back while husband was overseas on business trip. Staff were compassionate, caring, considerate and had best sense!!! Had a clean single room, but was able to visit library after I gained mobility.

I was a therapy patient in 2016. I was so impressed with this facility. I was unable to walk when I became a patient. The hospital found this wonderful place for me. I enjoyed the therapy as the PT's were so well trained and had a good sense of humor. I walked out (with a walker) so so much better than I went in. They made it possible for a 92 year old to move safely. The decor is soft and peaceful. There is a lovely visiting room near the therapy room. There are no long, endless corridors. I like that it's ground floor and you can feel a part (somewhat) of the outdoors. It cannot be improved on. Good luck with your stay.

Very clean, staff is very good and caring. Have been in other facilities and this is the best. If care is a necessity I would highly recommend Countryside. Was in for a month after back surgery and got excellent care.
