The Residence at Charles Meadow

My Mom was at Charles Meadow about 2 years. They wanted to put her in memory care. They said if I didn’t put her in memory care she would have to leave. I moved Mom to another assisted living community (not an LCB community). She is not in memory care and is doing fantastic in the general population! There were also problems with mismanagement of medications. Mom was on the SAMM plan. On two occasions her medication went missing never to be found. They did report this to the state but not to the police. I did end up putting a camera in her room and would contact the nurse when her medications were not given at the appropriate time. The nurse would email me back and apologize and said she would retrain her staff on medication administration. This is an LCB community

I went to see Anthology of Millis. The atmosphere there was not as good as it could be. I know it was a nice place. It was a new place. The layout was OK. Some of the rooms may have been a bit smaller than the others. I'm not positive about that, but what bothered me most about it was the atmosphere there. The staff was nice. The gal who gave us the tour was nice, but it was just the place that had a different vibe.
