I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

My husband was at Ledgewood Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Center. They were nice. The nurses were very nice. I can't complain about them. They did as much as they could for him. For rehab, it's so different. When you have to have rehab, it's hard for them to spend time with you. They had a nurse shortage, too. It makes it hard for them to always help you in doing certain things. It was okay. I can't say it was the best, but it was the best one of all the ones he had been to. My husband had been to quite a few of them over the past couple of years, and I think that was one of the best. He still wasn't able to walk because they couldn't do as much rehab as they wanted to. Because my husband used to talk in his sleep at night, so they put him in this big private room there by himself. They don't have the same activities as where he is now. A nursing home is a nursing home. It's different, and he didn't like it there. The staff were all nice. They were nice to him and friendly. The food wasn't as good as where he is now. They used to bring the food and it wasn't cooked there. The facility was clean. You could bring your dog in to visit, which was good. I brought my dog in a couple of times.
