"The staff has been caring for my mom off and on for the past three years. I can't say enough good things about them!! She has had OT, PT and nursing. All staff have just gone above and beyond- so professional, patient, attentive and personal. I feel like I have three sisters I've never had before! They are wonderful and I'm so grateful. :) "

"House keeping. By far the worst experience. Two housekeepers. One as bad as the other. Even after declining their services was haunted to death with endless phone calls and unwanted visits. Not even a credited by the BBB. I'll look somewhere else. Thank you ."

"Although I obviously can't speak about the quality of every single nurse and CNA in this agency, I can give a good review based on my experience with one CNA. She was an absolutely wonderful woman who went above and beyond caring for my mother after her surgery. She would straighten up the house according to my mothers wishes, and dust to help my mother cope with her allergies. It was very important to me that whoever cared for my mother would work on showing her new ways to do things after her back surgery (so that she could feel independent) and this CNA was great at slowly introducing tasks back to her. The CNA was also very good about notifying our physician whenever something was going amiss. Ultimately, I loved how she did more than just feeding, bathing, and cleaning, but was a great friend to my mother as well. "

"'d like to thank all of the nurses at Nizhoni as well as the owner for all of the wonderful care given to my father during his recovery from surgery. [The owner] extended free care to my Dad when his insurance would not cover it. The nurses were wonderful, they treated my father with great respect, and he looked forward to every visit. The physical therapist and occupational therapist worked very closely with my Dad and my Mom because my Dad also has a diagnosis of Parkinson's disease. They took the time to show my Mom ways to help my Dad, which was above and beyond their required duties. I would highly recommend Nizhoni to anyone. If they could do such a great job with my Dad, they've earned an A+ in my book! Lastly, I'd like to just say an extra "thank you" to the owner, for offering that free care. We would have been lost without you guys! Thank you again, from both my Mom and myself. "

"I was very satisfied with Home Health Vna. They were absolutely wonderful. The nurses who came were pleasant. I could see them cleaning their hands with hand cleaner and they even put something down on my sofa before they put their big bags of stuff on to protect from germs. They're very knowledgeable and had the answers to all my questions. They gave me physical, occupational, behavioral therapy. They have a very knowledgeable diabetes nurse. They're excellent. The only thing I found hard to deal with was all of a sudden, I was inundated with nurses and appointments, and it was upsetting to my daily routine and just too much for me. I could do twice a week, but twice a day every day is a little bit hard to deal with. I highly recommend them, though."

"I have a caregiver helping me from Circle Home, Inc. She washes my father, makes the bed, takes out the garbage, does some dishwashing, and other light things. She has been coming twice a week for a few weeks now. They do a good job. It's good quality and good service."

" A family friend had used this agency and what a NIGHTMARE. The 96yo woman who was in need of services, cried every time one of the aides was in her home. They would arrive late. A different aide would be sent for almost all visits. Two of the aides had strong ALCOHOL odor. Several of the aides did not know how to prepare the meal that had been planned by the family. After three weeks of using this agency, the family finally fired this agency. Do not recommendthis agency. Very unprofessional. "

"Right now, I am using an in home service where somebody comes to my house. The name of the provider is Cerebral Palsy of Massachusetts. They provide a lot of services. They provide me with PCA service and whatever else they can do. I am happy with the service they provide because they work very well with their clients. I am happy with the program. They do things depending on what you need. The usual PCA service includes shopping, cleaning, running errands, and medication. "

"My mom was using Partner In-home Care, and they've been very good. The person who come down here was very respectful and professional. We had a bad experience with the previous agency wherein my mom's health was compromised. I'm the only one who look after my mom and it's been tough situation for us. It's been very hard to build trust again with another different people, but the Partners In-home Care made it easy for us to go with the transition. They are nice and very caring. I'm hoping that everything will work fine for us especially with my mom. "

"My personal caregivers come from Abbey Road and they are wonderful. I just need them once a week for three and half hours. They are very caring and they take care of my needs. If I have any question about anything else, the administration is right there on the phone. They are very pleasant and make sure that everything is complete. I like the whole package including the people in office and that comes out here. "
