Home health care. DONOT USE THIS SERVICE. THEY ARE HORRIBLE. THEY SET UP FOR A PERSON TO COME AND THEY NEVER SHOW. THIS HAS HAPPEN 4 TIMES TO MY DAUGTHER. IT IS UNACCEPTABLE THAT THEY ARE ALLOWED TO DO THIS. MANGERMENT NEEDS TO STEP UP.

i would not tell anyone to use this place they had one job and that was to come in and give my mother a shower she was suppose to be there for 3 hours and only spent 10min with her left her on her bed in her bath rob after her shower and told my mother she would not be back on one of the days because the company took her off and then she told the company that my mother told her not to come back and then stopped coming on Mondays. and the company was till getting paid till i brought it to the attn: to the people that was paying them. please stay far away from them. they don't care about anyone but there money

My mom has had to fire 5 of their workers because they're staff are lazy and incompetent. The staff pick and choose what they feel like doing for the day and My mom does not get the care she needs. My mom is wheel chair bound and cant lift heavy things and cant drive and needs groceries every week and we had to fire her most recent care worker because she wont do complete shops for her because "she dosnt like going the grocery store". We have had to fire their workers for coming hours later then they said they would and also for them not coming at all some days. I would strongly advise that you stay completely away from this company if you have a loved one who needs home care service for the fact that they hire incompetent people who dont care about the people that they are paid to take care of.
