We are doing hospice care for my mom through All Care VNA in Lynn. When you get discharged out of the hospital, they have hospice care doing the physical therapy and nursing visits. They realized last time she was in the hospital that she might need hospice care, so they told us about their service. They have a chaplain come over to do prayers. They have nurses visit here every week or two. There's also home care, where they have some people come in to do her bathing, and they clean up a few things around the house. The caregivers that we had were really good. It also depends on the person that does the caring because there are always different people. Some people might not be that good, but some of those people might be better. We haven't been with them for too long. It seems like we haven't been billed because it's COVID; there's some extension. So far, they're doing OK.

Not a fan. They come for my mom. They look thru drawers and closets as if it’s not someone’s home and the constant threats to discharge her is why I wouldn’t recommend them. My mom is poor and it feels like she’s treated like she’s poor, exempting all this from fear to speak up at all. Anyone who’s come is very pushy. They don’t lift, pet allergies etc. unfortunate.

office is a nightmare i have had my cna not show up 3 times with no call when i call them they say they will find out and call you back but do not they change schedule without notice and cna shows up with no notice when you call only one scheduler answers she says i am not your and scheduler but i will let her know and call you back,which she never does good part of all care is my cna is very good and the only reason i stay with them

The staff has been caring for my mom off and on for the past three years. I can't say enough good things about them!! She has had OT, PT and nursing. All staff have just gone above and beyond- so professional, patient, attentive and personal. I feel like I have three sisters I've never had before! They are wonderful and I'm so grateful. :)
