'd like to thank all of the nurses at Nizhoni as well as the owner for all of the wonderful care given to my father during his recovery from surgery. [The owner] extended free care to my Dad when his insurance would not cover it. The nurses were wonderful, they treated my father with great respect, and he looked forward to every visit. The physical therapist and occupational therapist worked very closely with my Dad and my Mom because my Dad also has a diagnosis of Parkinson's disease. They took the time to show my Mom ways to help my Dad, which was above and beyond their required duties. I would highly recommend Nizhoni to anyone. If they could do such a great job with my Dad, they've earned an A+ in my book! Lastly, I'd like to just say an extra "thank you" to the owner, for offering that free care. We would have been lost without you guys! Thank you again, from both my Mom and myself.

Awesome Nurses, They really go above and beyond.

Nizhoni Health Systems is by far the worse health care system for elderly. I called to place a formal grievance on a nurse that had been verbally abusive to our family and caretakers for months, in return Nizhoni removed my 91yr old grandmother from rotation, where she went without insulin for 48hrs, then transferred her to another agency without knowledge to our family or the new agency. Nizhoni should be removed as a care taker to anyone young or old. We as a family are appalled at their treatment to an elderly; this is the highest form of abuse. We are saddened on so many levels and hope that other families can avoid such treatment.
