"Taylor and Jackie Assisted Living was a little small, but everything looked nice. It was the first time I've been in assisted living, so I didn't have anything else to compare it against. The staff was very friendly. She took the time to explain everything they did and gave us an opportunity to go upstairs and check the rooms. It was nice and clean. I didn't see anything wrong with it. It's a good location. It's near Sinai, and if you had to go to Northwest, it still wouldn't be too far away."

"We have visited and we liked the facilities there. The fact that it was not too big and that our apartment will be on the first floor was very appealing. The apartments were nice and spacious."

"I liked the location of The Red Door Assisted Living. It was very close to my house. The meals are included and my father would have had his own room. They provide activities and transportation. The staff was very nice and very thorough. It's a tough decision to make and the lady there helped us through that process pretty nicely, even though we didn't end up going there. The community was a little outdated. It's a little small, but that didn't bother me (I think it probably would bother some people). I thought a smaller place was better. The other good thing about their place is they didn't have any stairs. It was all on one level. So, it would have been easy for my father to get around."

"My mother is a resident at Arden Court Towson, and the Arden Court staff loves her and cares for her as if she were a member of their family. She has actually been there longer than any other resident and is a real favorite among staff and other visitors, even though she can no longer communicate verbally. The facility is always clean and safe, and Mother loves the food. She is kept clean, and the hairdresser does a great job with her hair every week. She can no longer participate in activities, but she's up and walking every day, and she gets outside when the weather is nice. I am so thankful every day for Arden Court Towson. "

"I wanted something that had restaurants or little shopping nearby, and at The Terraces at Park Heights, there's nothing around there to do. All they had was a coffee cafe. I got a cup of coffee after I got there, and the coffee was lousy. It was very clean, and the people seemed very nice. I talked to some of the residents who live there, and everybody seemed quite content with the place. They showed me a room set up for that purpose, and it was rather small. They didn't have any two-bedroom units because they were sold out, and the one-bedroom was kind of small to me. In the coffee area, they put snacks and stuff, but there was no food available. I didn't even see any place around to buy food. You have to go somewhere else to get food."

"My father will be moving into #1 Adoring Adult Care. I went to three different ones, but that was the one I felt most comfortable with. I actually went there twice. It was clean. The staff was friendly. She was very organized and knowledgeable of the business, and kind of gave me reassurance about her personality that my dad was going to be safe with her. The rooms were very spacious and very clean. The whole house is well kept. The owner gave me the tour and she was very kind and very patient. She was returning my calls and answering all my questions. The dining area was formal and spacious as well. There's enough room for the people in there."

"Mabel's House Assisted Living was very clean, but they did not allow cats in their facility. It was just a big house with bedrooms that you share. The dining area was just a very large eating area. The people seemed very friendly. They all smiled and said hi to me. The person that did the tour was very friendly and nice. They weren't doing any kind of activities. They had a TV on and only one resident was watching it."

"The manager was exceptional from the first phone discussion up until my mom moved in. She made the whole process easy. The home has great upgrades and the other residents welcomed my mom with open arms. It is truly a home away from home. Bless you all from the bottom of my heart "

"I like The Meadows of Reisterstown l & ll, but it is pretty far. The staff was pretty good and the facility was excellent. The rooms were very spacious. I got a tour of the whole facility. Everything was a five. The atmosphere was nice and quiet."

"My husband stayed at Inspirations Memory Care of Lutherville for about a month. I was very pleased with it. They were very friendly, and they gave me any information I needed. When I would call them they would say, "Do you want to talk to him?" and they would take the phone right to him so I could speak with him. He seemed to have adjusted pretty well. His appetite was very poor, but I know they tried to fix him things he liked. The community was very small but very clean, and it seemed homey. It didn't seem like they were going into a facility. It was comfortable. I was not allowed to go inside because of COVID. The facilities are very adequate, too."

"We were very impressed. It's a really nice community. It's bigger than the place where my aunt is now. We liked this place, but it was a little more expensive and farther from our house than her current community. We took a tour and saw their assisted living. They have a variety of apartments that we looked at. Their staff was very friendly and really nice to talk to. Their dining area looked very nice, the place was bigger, but it all looked very nice, clean, and bright. I saw people engaged in various activities. They also provide therapy, activities, doctors' visits, and they have nurses and aides helping. If you could afford it, I would rate them a five because their facilities were great. It's a beautiful community, and it's gorgeous."

"My friend will move into Serenity Garden Manor. It was nice. The people were friendly. It was clean. It looked like it was well-kept. They had a stair lift. We met the owners, which was nice. The location was good, and the parking was good, too. The two ladies we met were friendly, kind, and patient. The facility was nice, and the rooms were big."
