My mom is at Integrace Bayleigh Chase and the whole place is wonderful. It's got good curb appeal and the staff is excellent (right down to the ladies or the gentleman who clean the place). It's very clean and the food is excellent. They have a nice assortment and they actually have a chef that cooks. So, the food's very good. They have bingo, storytime, arts and crafts, and other things. Mom doesn't participate in those, but they are available. It's just great.

My mom was in Bayleigh Chase in Easton. The place was very clean. They were very thorough, kept us updated, and took good care of her. The evaluation was a group effort. We really appreciated being kept in the loop on what she needed to do to come home and things she wasn’t doing. The communication was fantastic. They did a very good job. The activities she could participate in were very interactive, and they found ways to heighten her memory. They had a lot of good activities and things to keep their clients happy. It was a great place. Her meals seemed to be fresh and prepared well, so she didn't have any complaints besides she didn’t like the generic soda.

We were invited for lunch at Bayleigh Chase (Formerly William Hill Manor) and I thought we would have a tour, but we didn't. The food was wonderful, and the presentation was great. The people were friendly. The dining room was beautiful. I only saw the main building. It was an absolutely lovely meal, but I was a little surprised that for a barbecue, they had white tablecloths. I thought they would be checkered or something a little more picnicky. White tablecloths are formal and I didn't expect that for a barbecue.

William Hill Manor is such a fabulous, attractive and wonderful place! All ranges of care are all there. The people there are warm and very very helpful. We looked at their cottage and its a single family home on a nice part of land. It had been nicely renovated. They have different activities such as bridge and many other. They also provide transportation if you need to go to see your doctor. It basically have everything. However, it's much more expensive than what we expected. All of the on-site facilities, if you sign a contract with them you don't get any discount or anything and so what's the point in moving all the way out there? You pay a lot of money to buy a cottage or a house there but you don't even get the full purchase price back if you sell it and then you don't get any discount in using any of the healthcare facilities either. It's just not a good value for us. Almost everything there is perfect and outstanding but it's just not cost effective for us. People prioritize things differently and it just so happens that we prioritize more on the value and what we get in return and if it's cost effective for us or not.
