My mother did not want to go to any care facility and fought against the idea for many months before actually moving in. She was difficult and I had my reservations. But once she moved in and experienced the fabulous gourmet food and accommodations not to mention "care", she settled in and considered it to be her home. The views out the back are awe inspiring and calming. The humming birds are busy with all that humming birds do as the clouds go rolling by. Such a peaceful setting that my mother would sit for hours in the afternoons and enjoy the view. I noticed that she was becoming a nicer and relaxed person to be with what with the activities like craft fairs, and shopping. We were extremely lucky to find England Oaks. I never worried about my moms well being. She was treated as family and simply adored the people who cared for her especially the owner. And my mother was not one to make friends easily. I cannot recommend this care facility enough. Thanks to the exceptional care, patience and most importantly love, my mom is living a long and fulfilling life at England Oaks.
