"My brother is at Hilltop Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. They take care of him, provide him meals, and bathe him. They have CNAs that come in and accompany him. They help him eat because he's now having trouble eating. He does have a roommate because he has a shared room. They attend to him medically. They do good work there. They walk me through all the process to get my brother in there and even get him qualified for Medicaid. They've been very helpful. They have group sessions where they play games or do a little dancing for those who can dance. Their meals are good."

"My grandmother was a resident of The Oaks Care Center in Pineville, Louisiana. I visited her at least twice a week and was witness to the care that was given to her during her residency. The Oaks Care Center offered both exceptional care and a fantastic environment that facilitated interaction among all of the nursing home residents. The nursing home facilities are up to date and comfortable and the nursing home offers programming that I feel is both entertaining and useful to the nursing home residents. The nurses were very attentive to my grandmothers needs and provided an environment that really promoted her bests interests. I would recommend this nursing home to any person in search of a quality nursing home. In comparison to other nursing homes in this area, I feel as though The Oaks Care Center offers the best service and environment for nursing home patients. I, honestly, have nothing negative to report about this facility. This is the best nursing home in the Alexandria/Pineville, Louisiana area. "

"My brother-in-law moved into Tioga Manor. He's very close to his brother and his sister-in-law. The facility was great. There are so many people working there. My brother-in-law felt very welcomed. The staff members are very friendly and helpful. Everybody was very welcoming, and they answered all my questions. They helped me get through the process of moving my brother-in-law there from El Paso. The facility is beautiful."

"My aunt was very well taken care of here after needing a new home after a stroke. We were very please with the medical care, transportation arranging to doctor appointments, and nursing/aide care. She lived safely for many years until passing away this past Fall. Thanks to this place she had spent her last years comfortable and safe."

"The Lexington House is beautiful. It has a nice inside. The pricing is okay. I wish the rooms were bigger. The sizing is still alright. One day I was coming to visit my father and I saw one of the nurses outside smoking. Not that anything is wrong with that. My problem with that is I don't want them coming inside smelling like smoke around the elderly. They could be more discreet about it instead of smoking right in front of the building for all to see. The place inside is clean it doesn't stink there always cleaning every time I go, which is good. The men and female live in separate parts. They do get together for events and activities they do. I was referred there by another friend who loves it there for her mother. She has never had a problem with The Lexington House and neither have I. "

"My father has been placed in Oak Haven Community Care Center. So far, it's been wonderful. They're kind and caring and he's doing well. They were efficient in getting all of the paperwork required completed. He was placed within four or five days of my calling, so they were very efficient in getting him enrolled. The food was wonderful. Yesterday, they brought his plate, and they had macaroni and cheese. It had to have been made from scratch and chicken tenders that they fried, not just frozen ones warmed up, and I think apple cobbler for dessert. It looked delicious and he loved it. They're very active. They have something to participate in every day. They've just redecorated and it's beautiful. He can't participate in many of the activities because he has dementia, but if you were able to participate, you would be able to have something to do every day. It's all great so far and he's doing well. They all speak to me when I'm there. They know who I am and they give me updates."
