West Park 55+ Retirement Community is a double-wide manufactured community. I don't have any problems with it. We are in our own home. I can mow my yard if I want to, and I can do snow removal if I want to. They have a community room. The people can go play games if they want to. The physical condition of the community is good. It's clean, other than having dirty snow. The lady that runs the park is the manager, and she is nice. They have some programs too. When we moved in here, the value for money was great, but they're slowly raising our rent a lot.
