I visited with my Ward (I've been his guardian for 6 years at this same facility) approximately a week or two ago. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the nursing home and even mentioned it to one of the caregivers. I'm in a lot of facilities and always take note of such things. It appears Cardinal Nursing Home has updated their building with fresh paint, new floors and it was again, very clean. I was so pleased. Thanks for ensuring a clean and pleasant place for our precious elderly.

Cardinal Nursing & Rehabilitation is a really good place. My husband has a lot of fun there. There are four other men that are about his same age who have dementia, and they sit around and talk about World War II. He thinks that's his home. They have gardening at 10:00 everyday, they have game time, and they have physical activities for those who need them, which help him get stronger. I am satisfied with the staff, and the nurses are a lot of fun. Their food is good. Their lasagna, salad, and breadsticks are better than Olive Garden. They just put in new hardwood floors. They're doing really good. They do have a turnover -- not so much in nurses, but in the front office.
